Frequently asked

Quick answers, no waiting.

I'm a client, not a supervisor — how do I get in?

You don't install anything. Your supervisor sends you a magic link by email; tap it on your phone and your project feed opens. No password to remember, no app store visit required.

The PDF didn't generate. What now?

Make sure the day's entry isn't still in Draft — only sealed entries are included in the PDF. If the entry is sealed and the export still fails, email us with the project name and the date range; we usually fix it the same day.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Daily entries and photos are saved locally on your phone and sync automatically as soon as you're back in signal. You can finish the entire entry from a basement with no bars.

Can I delete a sealed entry?

No — the Stavební deník is a legal record under Czech construction law and must remain intact. You can append a correction note that references the original entry; both stay in the PDF.

How do I export the whole project?

Open the project, tap the ••• menu, choose Export, and pick a date range. You'll receive a single PDF of all sealed entries plus a ZIP of the photos, organised by date.

I lost my phone — is my data safe?

Yes. Nothing is locked to a single device. Sign in on a new phone with the same email, request a magic link, and your projects, photos, and PDFs are all there.

How do I add another supervisor to a project?

Project → Team → Invite. Enter their email and pick the role (Supervisor or Client). They get a magic-link invitation immediately.

Can I close my account?

Yes. Email us from your registered address and we'll delete your account and any non-legally-required data within 30 days. Sealed Stavební deník entries from projects you supervised are retained for the legal 10-year period as required by Czech law.
